Terms
Last updated: 4 October 2026
These terms govern your use of Padelada: the app and the website padelada.com. By creating an account or using the app, you accept them. How we handle your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
1. What Padelada is
Padelada is an app for padel players: start matches on court with a QR code, organise Americanos and Mexicanos, keep track of your level and results, and talk to other players in chats that get translated. Padelada does not organise matches, does not book courts and is not a club: it puts players in touch with each other.
2. Who can use it
You must be at least 16 years old. Each person may have only one account, under their real name or the name they use on court, and is responsible for what is done with it.
3. Price
Padelada is free and charges no fees for playing. If we add paid features in the future, they will be optional, we will show you their price and terms before you sign up for them, and everything that is free for playing today will stay free.
4. Community rules
By using Padelada you agree to:
- treat others with respect: no insults, harassment, threats or discrimination;
- not send spam, unsolicited advertising, or sexually explicit or illegal content;
- report your level honestly and record the real results;
- turn up to the matches and tournaments you sign up for, or let people know in good time;
- not impersonate other people or use other people’s data without permission;
- not try to access other people’s accounts, copy data in bulk or interfere with how the app works.
5. Your content
What you post (photos, messages, voice messages) remains yours. You give us a free, non-exclusive permission to store it, show it to the people it is meant for, translate it and transcribe it, solely so that the app can work. You are responsible for having the right to post what you send, including photos showing other people.
6. Level, results and reliability
Your level and reliability score are automatic calculations made by the app, not an official ranking. Results are confirmed by the players in the match; if they do not agree, the vote provided for in the app decides. You can ask for a person to review any calculation by emailing hola@padelada.com.
7. Moderation and sanctions
You can report messages and profiles, and block and mute other users. A message with several reports is hidden. If these terms are broken, we may hide content, restrict features or suspend the account temporarily or permanently; we will always tell you why. You can appeal the decision by emailing hola@padelada.com.
8. Playing and responsibility
Padel is a sport with a risk of injury: you play at your own risk and in line with the club’s rules. Arrangements between players (splitting the court fee, balls, times) are a matter for them. Padelada is not responsible for what happens on court or for how other users behave outside the app.
9. Availability
We work hard to keep the app running well, but it may have bugs or interruptions, and we may change or withdraw features. To the extent permitted by law, Padelada is not liable for indirect damage arising from use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer protection law.
10. Intellectual property
The Padelada name, logo, design and code belong to us. You may not copy or use them without permission.
11. Closing your account
You can delete your account whenever you like in Settings → Delete my account. What happens to your data is explained in the Privacy Policy.
12. Changes
If we make significant changes to these terms, we will let you know in the app before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can delete your account.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by Spanish law. If you are a consumer, you can go to the courts where you live and you keep the protection of the laws of your country of residence.
